2. Services Provided
Blue Hen Home & Pet Care LLC provides residential home cleaning, home organizing, pet care (including dog walking, pet sitting, and vacation visits), bird care, and vacation home check services throughout Delaware. Service availability, scope, and pricing are subject to change. A detailed service agreement will be provided prior to the start of recurring or scheduled services.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that life happens — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or suspension of service.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension of service.
5. Access to Your Home & Pets
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home and/or pets for the scheduled service. You are responsible for securing or removing any valuables, fragile items, or hazards prior to our arrival. We are not liable for damage to improperly secured or pre-existing fragile items.
6. Pet Care Responsibility
You represent that your pets are current on all required vaccinations and are not known to be aggressive. You agree to disclose any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs your pet has prior to service. In the event of a veterinary emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately and, if unreachable, will seek emergency veterinary care at your expense.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blue Hen Home & Pet Care LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the value of the service rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from conditions outside our control.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning or organizing service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pet care or vacation home check services.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Blue Hen Home & Pet Care LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
