Do I need to be home during a cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or door code and we let ourselves in. We're fully insured and bonded, so you can feel confident leaving us in your home.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you have preferred products or specific requirements (fragrance-free, eco-friendly, etc.), just let us know and we'll accommodate.

What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

A regular clean covers the essentials — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. A deep clean goes further: inside appliances, baseboards, window sills, behind furniture, and areas that don't get attention in a standard visit.

How long does a cleaning take?

It depends on the size of your home and the type of service. A standard clean for a 3-bedroom home typically takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleans take longer. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

Do you do a meet-and-greet before the first visit?

Yes — always. Before any pet care service begins, we schedule a free meet-and-greet so your pets can get comfortable with us and we can learn their routines, personalities, and any special needs.

What pets do you care for?

We care for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds (including parrots, cockatiels, parakeets, and more), and other small companion animals. If you have an unusual pet, just ask — we'll let you know if we can help.

Can you administer medication to my pet?

Yes. Our team is trained to administer oral medications, eye drops, topical treatments, and supplements. We follow your vet's instructions exactly and keep detailed notes after each visit.

Will my dog be walked with other dogs?

No. We only offer individual dog walks — your dog gets our full attention, at their own pace, on their own route. We don't do group walks.

How will I know how my pet is doing while I'm away?

After every visit, we send you a photo update and a written summary. If anything seems off — behavior, appetite, health — we contact you immediately.

Do you offer overnight pet sitting?

We currently offer in-home drop-in visits and pet sitting during the day. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and we'll do our best to find a solution that works.

How often will you check on my home?

As often as you'd like — daily, every other day, or a few times a week. We'll work out a schedule before you leave based on your home's needs and your comfort level.

What happens if you find a problem?

We contact you immediately with photos and a clear description of what we found. For urgent issues (water leak, security concern), we'll also contact your emergency contact if you've provided one.

Can you water my plants and bring in my mail?

Yes — both are included in our standard vacation home check. We collect mail and packages, water indoor and outdoor plants per your instructions, and bring trash bins in and out on collection days.

Do you combine home checks with pet care?

Absolutely. Many clients book both services together — we check on the house and care for their pets in the same visit. It's a convenient and cost-effective option.
